2. Cancellations
- Projects may be canceled before commencement, with any advance payment refunded minus administrative charges, as per terms condition project wise and as per Agreement .
- Once work has started, cancellations will be billed proportionally for the completed work.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if Professional Web Solutions fails to deliver the agreed scope (subject to review).
- No refunds for completed and delivered services.
- Payment gateway transaction fees (e.g., PayFast fees) are non-refundable.
